Purchase Terms & Conditions
These Purchase Terms and Conditions apply to all purchases made through Willies Vintage, including but not limited to our online shop, curated collections, delivery services, and any transactions conducted via our website. By making a purchase, you agree to be bound by these terms, as well as any additional policies outlined on our website.
Orders & Payment Terms
Pricing & Availability
Prices and availability of products in our online shop, curated collections, and delivery services are subject to change without notice. Willies Vintage reserves the right to update or modify product pricing, descriptions, and availability at any time.
Corrections & Adjustments
We strive to ensure that all pricing and product information is accurate; however, errors may occur. If we discover an error, inaccuracy, or omission—whether before or after an order is placed—Willies Vintage reserves the right to correct it and revoke or adjust any offer as necessary.
Pricing Errors & Order Cancellations
In the event that a Willies Vintage product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price on our website, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for that product. This applies whether or not the order has been confirmed and payment has been processed.
If your payment has already been processed for an order that is later canceled, Willies Vintage will issue a refund for the full amount charged, minus any applicable chargeback fees.
Orders
By placing an order to purchase products and/or delivery services through Willies Vintage, you acknowledge that your order constitutes an offer to purchase and does not create a binding agreement for us to sell the requested products or services. Willies Vintage reserves the right to accept or decline any order at our discretion.
Quotes
In certain cases, where special arrangements, additional services, or customized delivery fees are required for the purchase and/or shipment of products, Willies Vintage may provide you with a quote via email or another communication method outlining the applicable charges and details (each, a “Quote”).
Upon your acceptance of the Quote (as confirmed by email or other communication method), the Quote will be treated as an Order and an offer by you to purchase the specified products and/or delivery services under the terms outlined in the Quote.
It is your responsibility to review all Quotes for accuracy before accepting. Willies Vintage is not responsible for any discrepancies in an accepted Quote that result in an incorrect order fulfillment.
Order Acceptance
Willies Vintage reserves the right to accept or reject any order (or any part of an order) at our sole discretion. If your order is accepted, you will receive an order confirmation email at the email address provided at the time of purchase.
Acceptance of an order by Willies Vintage is conditioned upon these Terms of Service, and our failure to object to any provisions included in communications from you shall not be considered a waiver of any of our policies.
Any additional or modified terms proposed by you are expressly rejected unless specifically agreed upon in a hand-signed writing by an authorized representative of Willies Vintage.
Once an order is accepted, it may not be canceled unless otherwise stated in our Refund & Return Policy.
Order Cancellation by Willies Vintage
Willies Vintage reserves the right to cancel any order at any time at our sole discretion, even if the order has already been accepted.
If an order is canceled by Willies Vintage, any applicable refund will be processed in accordance with our Refund & Return Policy.
Shipping & Handling Charges
Customers are responsible for all shipping and handling charges based on the delivery address provided at the time of purchase. While Willies Vintage offers “free” shipping under specific conditions as outlined in our Shipping Policy, additional fees may apply.
Willies Vintage reserves the right to modify shipping and handling charges at our discretion.
Taxes
Willies Vintage will collect and remit sales tax where required by law.
Payment Terms
By placing an order with Willies Vintage, you agree to pay the total amount due and authorize Willies Vintage and its third-party payment processors to charge your selected payment method.
Delivery & Returns
Delivery Process & Risk of Loss
Products purchased through Willies Vintage are shipped via third-party carriers. Once delivered to the carrier, risk of loss transfers to the customer.
Claims for Lost or Damaged Shipments
Refunds or replacements will be issued solely at Willies Vintage’s discretion and in accordance with our policies.
Customer Responsibilities
You are responsible for delivery access, inspection, and acceptance.
Disclaimer & Assumption of Risk
You assume all risks associated with placement, installation, relocation, or removal of products.
Indemnification
